What's your response time for an onsite support?


At the time you call us, we are able to setup an appointment with you right away. For customers having a contract with us, we will make the SLA.


What kind of servers can you support?


We are skilled in Windows Servers. And we have basic knowledge in Linux & Apple servers.


Are you able to repair the computers in our office as well?


Yes, that is what we are strong about. Not only computers, we are able to repair your Phones, iPads & Macs.


Are you able to support and maintain our printers?


Yes, we are able to setup, maintain and repair office printers.


Do you sell computers as well?


We don't have computers in store, but we sell computers on business request.


About Repair


What's your turn over time for computer repairs?


For the jobs that don't need parts or we have parts in store, the turn over time is 1-2 days. For the jobs that need parts, it depends on the parts shipment, normally within a week.


Where are your parts from?


All our parts are from US or China certified OEM suppliers.


How long does it take to fix my computer?


We will process your order the same day you drop your computer off. Then we will call you to let you know the detail of the repair. Normally a repair will be done within 48 hours.


Do you provide a guarantee for the repair?


Yes. All our parts will have a warranty period. All our services will have good-to-10-days guarantee.


Can you go to my home/ my office to fix the problem?


yes. Please call us to make an appointment.


What should I prepare before bringing my computer for repair?


If it is a laptop, bring your laptop and power adaptor. If it is a desktop, bring the box only. And don't forget to bring all the softwares if you need to reload your computer softwares. Also, if possible, backup your data.


Why Computers Fail?
